Used to be okay
Something changed on the app and now you have to specifically click on the “+” symbol to add notes, pictures, etc. Before, you used to be able to click anywhere on the specified field and were able to add picture and notes. Tremendously slows down the workflow! Cause you have to aim and click on a precise location. Please revert this back! Thanks.Show lessHVAC Tech 101

This is the best tool I have used in my 15 years in the HVAC industry. The customizable features in the app wotks perfectly for me. The app captures a lot of useful information for my customer and myself. and the support I have received has been second to none.dwalker9943

This app is inefficient, loading pictures even with good reception is slow. The inability to load PDF files from app for logs is a problem. The only option is to load pictures for logs an this looks very unprofessional. Also searching through older work orders is a pain. I feel very sorry for my Technicians who have deal this platform.Show lessJDM75IA

Please stop messing with menu
I been using this app for 3 years and today I find you change the top menu then force and review while I am trying to fill out my paperwork. Stop messing with the menu . It’s becoming a jokeDozierM
Screen will not rotate horizontally anymore
Screen used to rotate in any position. Has there been an update that has made screen fixed in vertical position? All other apps rotate on iPadUnconcomsens

This app was not bad at first but now I feel like I’m wasting my life on it… truly feels like it. I am currently writing this while waiting for the app to load up and to upload my work flow. Once I upload my work flow it doesn’t even load up my picture to the job I created. Worst app.HVAC11
Field technician
I app does load efficiently but is limit and bit hard to sort through when trying to locate incomplete jobs. The biggest problem is not being able to load PDF or documents into workflow, I have to take several screen shots, then edit, and load picture. If documents could be loaded it would get two more stars.Show lessAmazing
