Description of AirBands

AirBands wireless Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) cuffs, are the world’s first fully automated and wireless BFR training solution. AirBands solve all the problems traditional Blood Flow Restriction training has previously had. There is no need to manually pump up your device, as the arm or leg cuffs you wear automatically take your calibration pressure (controlled via the app), then inflate to your personalised pressure zone. You can inflate and deflate your arm or leg cuffs at any point on the app. The three main benefits of using Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) as a training method are. - Increase in strength - Maximise your muscle - Improve endurance

  • Great improvements

Connectivity problems with the first versions of this app made me not want to use the cuffs but I am pleased to say that this version connects sweetly first time every time so far. Great job. Now back to training.
  • Run away

When they work they’re great. But usually the app doesn’t work.
  • Great product

We use these in our PT studio quite a bit. At first there was some issues with the connectivity but that seems to have been resolved!
