I started using this app a few weeks ago, it has definitely improved my breathing, I love all the exercises, haven’t quite gotten them down 100% But constantly improving trying to reach close to perfection on a few. its very easy to navigate, and the music is so good. excercises are easy to learn, im still on the lower levels, just keep re-doing them trying to master it, beofre i move on the higher levels. i do at least four a day, when i wake up , two midday, and one before i sleep.

I have been using the app for almost two years now, close to daily. Lost the hardware in travels some time ago, but headphones fine. For me, I am primarily using the rest modules right now, and these have enabled me to have a daily 20 to 30 minute rejuvenation that is invaluable to my daily work and personal routine.
