I started using this app a few weeks ago, it has definitely improved my breathing, I love all the exercises, haven’t quite gotten them down 100% But constantly improving trying to reach close to perfection on a few. Please give it a try, believe me you won’t lose time, or effort. You are just breathing but in a right way Power up, power down. Either calm, or energize yourself Try it You will love it

Power up or power down and breath
Being introduced to BRX and the Breathonics app recently has truly been life changing. I feel more in control of my life, my feelings and my mind state.
Whether I need to power up or power down for whatever life throws at me, Breathonics keeps me accountable and focussed. I love the daily reminders and the ability to start at a lower level and work my way up as I get better at controlling my breathing.
I will continue to use this app multiple times a day and be at my peak to be the best I can!

great breathing APP
love this app,
its very easy to navigate, and the music is so good. excercises are easy to learn, im still on the lower levels, just keep re-doing them trying to master it, beofre i move on the higher levels. i do at least four a day, when i wake up , two midday, and one before i sleep.
guys try it, it works, and we all breathing, just learn to do it, and help ur health.

Using the app to help me sleep with the breathing exercises has been awesome. I normally struggle to fall asleep and this has helped alot!
I've just started to use the App in the mornings to help me get up and energized for the gym.

Game changer
I have been using the app for almost two years now, close to daily. Lost the hardware in travels some time ago, but headphones fine. For me, I am primarily using the rest modules right now, and these have enabled me to have a daily 20 to 30 minute rejuvenation that is invaluable to my daily work and personal routine. This app is a long term keeper for me.

Quick, fun and refreshing
Such a great app. I enjoy the high frequency upbeat music playing in these tracks. Always leaves me in a good mood!
Great Tool for Mental Health 👍🏼
I typically listen to guided meditations in the morning to kick off my day, but ever since downloading this app, I’ve been using this a lot more.
It’s nice to switch it up and do breathing exercises rather than listening to guided meditations or using no audio at all. Don’t get me wrong, I’ll still continue to do those, but it’s nice to add some variety and challenge myself in a different way. After each session I’ve done, I always leave feeling more calm, grounded and focused which I think can be beneficial to anyone!
Only complaint right now is, and it can probably be fixed with an update, is that I sometimes can’t end the session and it doesn’t count towards my progress. Other than that, this app is a great tool to add in your mental health toolbox. Thank you, Breathonics 🙌🏼

Highly recommend for sleep issues/stress/anxiety
The app and breathing exercises have been very beneficial for me. I had issues sleeping so have been doing the exercises prior to going to bed. I have been sleeping much better and have more energy in the mornings. I also use the exercises during the day, not always using the app but doing the breath work learned from the app, and has helped with my daily stress/anxiety. Highly recommend.
