  • Great app! And amazing exercises

    Being accustomed to doing self coached breath exercises, this has been a huge step up for me. Automatic boost in mental clarity and focus. I can’t recommend this app any higher!
  • Breathwork app for everyone!

    This is a great app to get the benefits of both calming and up regulating breathing. They have short ones, making the mental barrier to entry smaller. I’m going to use it with my youth athletes
  • Coolest Meditation App!

    I was so curious about Breathonics and when I tried my first session, it was AWESOME! I am a high energy person so trying to completely become “still” is hard for me. This app allowed me to focus while also building my energy. It was an unique experience! Great app. Try it out!

    I really have been enjoying the simplicity and guided breath work. Especially nostril breathing. I’d love so exercises explicitly for getting into to gamma brain wave frequency. Thanks so much!
  • 5 mins out of 24 hour day

    I love breath work but I have a hard time being disciplined. The app is great because it has 5min exercises with great information before you commit to it, like intensity and intention. Furthermore I’ve been using the app for only 2 weeks and notice capacity of lungs increased significantly. When running I can breathe and have over all awareness of my breath more then before using. This changed my routine of doing a extreme exhausting 40 min breath work once a month to 5-10 mins every day. I love the app & im excited to see what additional healthy habits curate from incorporating this work.

  • Easy to follow!

    Used the power up program to get energy right when I wake up in the morning and power down before bed, definitely helps you sleep faster!

  • Great app to listen to before bed

    I was feeling anxious before bed and finally tried out a sleep breathing mediation in the app. It was only 5 minutes and afterwards I felt much calmer and fell asleep shortly after. The voice is very calming and soothing and the app is visually pleasing. Definitely give it a try if you have difficulty sleeping!

  • Great break time

    The app is structured well & I love the concept. Having a reminder to take a small breathing break is great. The breath workout is wonderful. I love the encouragement.
  • This app is a game-changer!

    I want to start this review with some background. I
    am a yoga instructor and a food educator, I have
    been practicing yoga for 12 years and I worked
    under an integrative medicine specialist for 4 years.
    I understand the importance of sleep and
    meditation but I've personally always struggled with
    these two aspects of my life. My yoga mentor early
    on recognized my struggle with meditation and
    taught me to use a candle to focus on while
    meditating but that is not something you can do
    everywhere, I struggle with anxiety so I needed to
    find something. Breathonics has not only helped my
    meditation practice but completely improved my
    sleep habits. The first few nights of using
    Breathonics I woke up in the morning almost groggy
    because I got 7 whole hours of good sleep! I can't
    even remember the last time I got 7 hours of sleep! I
    use to listen to music or history documentaries to
    sleep but that would have me waking up every hour
    or so due to crazy dreams and not being able to fall
    back asleep some nights, 4 hours tops a night.
    Breathonics app is easy to use and seriously a game
    changer!!! Do yourself a favor and give this app a
    try, you won't regret it.
    I could go on and on about the health benefits of
    sleep and mediation but if you're considering
    getting this app your probably like me and know the
    importance and just struggling with them.
