  • Variety Without Being Complicated

    Plenty of exercises and apt category headings. Good options for music and sounds make this more appealing to use than some others out there. I love options that don’t make the app unnecessarily complicated and busy. Simple design and easy to use. Good value. I’d love a nose-breathing sound and a breath of fire exercise to be added.

    This is a great app. Please include the option to give us retention for both inhalation and exhalation breathing. I would like to see beatrika breathe of fire exercises added.
  • Enjoying the ride so far.

    Using an iPhone 11 and the app is running smoothly thus far. Not sure what the other person was experiencing. I like all the options for breathwork as well as the simplicity of use. Not affiliated at all with the Hof people. I simply enjoy their not being an ad pop up everytime I load the app or want to change something. I personally enjoy the create your own option, just would like to see longer times to be chosen. At least 30seconds inhale and 30 seconds exhale. Other than that I’m loving this app so far. Haven’t fully dug into all the practices but tried them all once. Looking forward meditating with them all. 🤚🏼🤛🏼
