Thank you for mentioning. Glad to hear you like the Mac app. Regarding paying for the app for both the Mac and the iPad, unfortunately, indeed the Mac and iPad apps are two different apps since the platforms are different (MacOS for the Mac and iOS for the iPad/iPhone). We too wish that the iPad and Mac were on the same operating system (so that there would be just one app across all Apple products) since it took a lot of effort to develop a separate app for the Mac. Even with this, we'd still refund you if there was a way through the App Store since we want people to be happy with the apps. Regarding the square background for the iPad widget, I agree that it can be a hassle if there isn't a background color that one finds suitable. Ideally the background should have a transparent option. I totally agree that this really would look a lot better. We have tried to implement this a couple times now. However, the iOS widget doesn't allow us to have a transparent background. I haven't yet seen a transparent background with any other apps as well. Thanks again. Chris

Thank you very much for mentioning about the small widget getting cut off. We have now fixed this bug that was particular to the iPhone SE. So this should hopefully work on your phone now. Please let me know if it doesn't for any reason. Regarding the color of the background for the widget, I totally agree that a transparent background for the widget would look a lot better. Thank you very much too for mentioning about this. Unfortunately, the iOS software doesn't allow transparent backgrounds on widgets at this time. We have tried a couple times to implement this. We have also looked at many other widgets and haven't seen this feature. Hopefully Apple will allow this to be possible one day. Thanks, Chris

Thank you for letting us know. Sorry for the hassle. It would be very helpful if you could take a moment to let us know either here or via the Feedback in the Settings menu - are the settings not working for the app or the widget? Any more details would be helpful too. Thank you kindly. Another person recently gave us feedback on an issue with the settings not working. We figured this situation out and are modifying the app and releasing an adjustment very soon. The issue was that the widget was created when the app itself wasn't open. This froze up the settings somehow. If you're still interested in this app, please try deleting the current widget, opening the app, and then creating a new widget. Things should work then.
