She didn’t cancel and I asked the support to cancel and return all the money..
It’s been 2 days and the booking is not canceled yet. The same car is listed again with much higher rate while they did not cancel my booking!
They are even not responding to me!
They mentioned it can take up to 30 days for the money to return…

Not recommended
Very poor customer service support. I ve cancelled my booking and I was entitled for a refund. I have been chasing that for over three months to no avail!
WORST Service Possible (AVOID)
I rented a car using their service for 20 days, and I regretted my decision every single day.
1. They charge from a foreign account, and therefore the bank charges you an extra 10% on top of your booking cost. (My cost was 16.5k EGP and ended up getting charged almost 18.15k)
2. The car I rented was not well maintained at all and had an issue with steering as well as the gearbox (it was an automatic car but had lagging gear shifts).
3. Sales team was good and helpful BUT once you book, no body cares about you. They have only one girl doing all operations work/communication, and she is the worst worker ever, she responds back multiple days late, not even exaggerating.
4. If you get into an accident, no matter how small/minor it is, they’re going to charge you the entire deposit. (In my case they charged me the entire 5k deposit while I should’ve been only charged 1,500 EGP)

The worst experience I ever get or to be accurate I never get after creating the account I wait more than two days to verify the account by the way still didn’t verify yet, calling the support on WhatsApp no answer and over the phone they cancel my call.

Ignoring the customers
At first I liked the idea of renting a car when I visit my country , so I contacted the customer service on what’s app I send everything they asked for my US driver license and selfie with the license my prove of job even asked for my utility bill for my apartment in Egypt ,after 2 days they didn’t respond so I contacted them again and was asked to wait I waited and still no answer that’s the customer service they had for me , unprofessional
