To avoid
You have to contact someone from customer service to get approval from the car owner. They encourage you to pay and they tell you that it’s free cancellation and you don’t have to worry. When you cancel your reservation, you will have to contact the customer service guy to tell you that you have to wait for 31 business days to get your money back!! I had to contact my bank and fortunately they told me that they would dispute the payment and give me my money back within 48 hours!! Scammers, liars, unprofessional service.
