I would move all of my banking to LMCU if they could ever get their app and website to work properly. I just tried for ten minutes to log into my business account via this app while literally looking at and matching my user name and password from my laptop. It just keeps saying invalid user name and password. I then changed the password via my computer and put in the new one on the app. Same thing happened.
I’m not surprised really as this is the same company that would tell me my password was incorrect on their website, I would then be forced to change it, I would then use the same password it said was incorrect and I would get a notice “you can’t use the same password as last time”
It’s almost funny just how bad lmcu is at online banking. Almost funny, if we weren’t trusting them with our businesses, mortgages and all of our money that is.
