Can’t log in app since last update
Been having issues with app loading and balances loading. Contacted customer support via the app and was told to delete the app and re-install it and now when I try to log in just keeps spinning and won’t log in. Been waiting for hours no exaggeration. Please update this app again a Make it work again. Just terrible

Bad Cex ever
Hi i deposited about 481 atom to my account on Lbank yesterday and it’s about day and half that i didn’t recieved my atoms on my fund and when i reached online chat they say atom node has and upgrade ongoing and time frame isn’t clear yet that when it’s done that after that upgraded i can access my funds and it’s so bad that Lbank didn’t notified me yesterday that don’t deposit atom we are going to upgrade atom node and this kinda Lbank services caused me great money loss in this time because of this unsuccessful deposite action, they must suspend all deposits like other cex while they want do upgrades and when i asked them to give my funds back they say me it’s on upgrade which i didn’t notified before the making deposit action !!! So i didn’t recommend you to use this cex it has no safety and no respect for users

The worst crypto bank ever
Its all ok when you have no problem but when you have problem like wrong memo or something with your wallet .nobody will help you and all their live agent chats are lie to you my case one transaction with wrong memo, I provide video and everything but they said it will be fix in 2-3days and finally after 2month they said it will be procees in 2-3 days and ate my money.never ever use this app

Account Deletion
Hi. I was scammed into making this about and I simply wanted to delete it. I talked to chat support and they told me I have to complete multiple steps in order to REQUEST a deletion. First off I don’t even know how to use this account let alone want to add my banking or card information to it in order to complete 2 deposits, provide screenshots of the deposits, give me examples of currency I traded (not sure what that means) and more. It is jot the companies fault I was scammed but is is 2024. I should be able to delete an account a lot simpler than this. I do NOT recommend.

This is an extension of a task scam operation. You are doubly screwed because if you put money into the “platform” through CashApp you will then get paid through this scam app. If you withdraw your money it’s just a fake withdrawal because the money was never actually real. It’s called both a task job scam plus crypto scam. All I can do is leave a review

I just paid 50$ for a crypto. I did not even see my crypto. scammers Better try something better like Binance. Anyway, I should have read it feedbacks from real user, not from the developers team

If you’ve downloading this app because a new online “job” is asking you to. Then don’t it’s a scam you should never have to spend money to get money, if there’s cost it should be deducted from your pay, this is not a trusted app.
