Can’t access my account
I need help accessing my account my login password is showing incorrect and I don’t get login code when trying to reset password. Treat as urgent
Good platform
I use LBank since 2021 and made more than 20 deposits and withdrawals and there was no problem ! The reason I use LBank is low fees. There is only one bug and its the last candle of chart is duplicated and I don’t know why they can’t fix it !
DO NOT USE- Total scam with zero customer service
The first day I used the app I bought a coin with the symbol DBC (DeepBrain Chain) and it turned out to be a scam coin with the same symbol. I lost $280 in the first 5 minutes. They do not vet the coins on their platform or do any due diligence whatsoever. I complained to the chat person and they did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. I will never use this app again and stay clear!!!

Great but needs updates
My experience with Lbank great, good customer service, they needed more upgrades and updating to live current prices like others platforms does, old version better than the new version, price of purchase and trades hidden.
Scam
LBank is a sleezy group. Their only customer service is a help center via messaging. They want you to pay 20% to release your funds then another 10%. You wait another 2-3 days and then they need more. But none of theses funds can come out of your LBank fund.
Very shady, very sleezy.

Stole $2000 from me. With proof
UPDATE2: I spoke to someone. They want me to email an outside email and want me to send more $$ to fix the fact that their option to send through arb and polygon are the same and they don’t support it even though it’s their receive option that I need to send with. ALL screenshots etc on my twitter- apemancrypto
UPDATE: Dev says twitter isn’t trustworthy then LBank twitter contacts me. No reason yet to believe the dev has initiated the help. I’ll give it a few more days then look to report LBank to the SEC, Apple fraud, etc. it’s rediculous that they won’t respond to help but will respond to say it wasn’t them. Developer responded to my accusation, even mentioned twitter isn’t trust worthy. All effort towards discredit, none to solve the problem. I used to use LBank to get Kaspa. It worked fine for the first couple deposits so I sent $1000 of Usdc. It never arrived. Thinking maybe I made the mistake I sent $10 in Matic which was successful so I sent $1000 worth of Matic. Gone. Support will not respond, their social media ignores me. You would be a completely stupid person to use this app. Seems I can’t attach pictures. My twitter is apemancrypto and I can prove they stole my money.
