The team never gets back and just ask to wait. They don’t even tell how long would the process take, its been six days and I am still waiting, I don’t think this is what customer service means in your language and if it is, please shut the company cz you are not going anywhere with this terrible system

Found a sophisticated good trick they are using to steal your fund. When you contact their customer service, they will start making weird excuses to justify your lost fund, and try to blame you for losing your fund. At the same time, they will ask you to deposit some ETH if you want your fund back. So, it’s a complete scam.
Go ahead and use this if you want to be scammed.

I've screenshots of everything.Then scammer lBank held my money & didn't release my own original investment, asking me 2 pay tax 2 release it.They owned my $87763 now & locked me out.I reported 2 FBI.Even the review 4.2* is fake! The whole team is here to vote for themselves. A Belarus lady connect me through what’s app and encourage me to invest in their virtual lBank. The number is a voice over IP number in the US. Then pretend she is my friend and her uncle and his team makes magic with some stupid long and short Nodes and help me to make money. My money grew but the time I tried to withdraw my money from lBank sent me a fake email to pay tax then when I refuse asking for tax form, they found out they could not take money from me anymore they locked my account, disabled my account and pretended there was no such an account exists. THIS IS A BLACK HOLE. Listen and do not jeopardize your asset. There is no guarantee you can have your money back. Nobody in THE US protecting or supporting and care about what will happen to you. At the end you lose all your assets! Even Crypto.com and Trust wallet. They say this is an external app and we cannot help you to role back your money! Good liquidity, terrible user experience
I don’t why the app’s user interface is such boring! There are many typos in the names of coins and tokens, and there are no logos attached to their names. Oddly enough, therr are some Chinese notes written in some parts of the app. The developers didn’t even use interesting colors in their design. I highly recommend the developers to take a look at the apps of Binance, Bitget and OKX and redesign this app.
The plus points of this app are good liquidity in spot and futures trading and the fact that there is no mandatory KYC for using it.

Not a good experience
Trying to purchas some crypto for a time sensitive release, the 3rd party payment systems don’t even work. I’ve tried 4 times to purchas using my Visa card and after all the attempts I missed out on a huge move. Very disappointed… I will be deleting this app and notifying anyone I know not to use there services.

My favourite app
My experience with Lbank is only positive. The user interface is intuitive and easy to use. The trading fees are relatively low. Quick and easy deposit and withdraw. Can be used without KYC. And also, very importantly, the support center is very responsive and helpful to users. Therefore, Lbank has quickly become one of my favorite exchanges and I look forward to using it in the future.
