This version contains this improvement: • Under the e-Invoice feature, self-billed invoice now supports a list of suppliers or buyers to ease filling up the invoice. This feature is applicable for Malaysia only. • With the latest HRMS, we support benefit entitlements greater than 12 months. A new field, "Entitlement Start Date", is available to show such information. • The "Clock In / Out" page displays overtime information in the current shift and next shift sections. By default, the next shift section is not shown. To enable it, go to "Settings" page, "Next Shift on Clock In/Out" setting. Some bugs were also zapped along the way: • Users who have been converted from probation to permanent staff failed to login to the mobile application. • Various minor bugs.

This version contains this improvement: • The user is able to view/plan OT for the month using the OT Plan Calendar. • You can view the OT plan submissions via the same search page for claim and leave. • Approve OT plan via the same approval page for claim and leave. • Enhance the add attachment feature so that it allows users to attach Word, Excel, or PDF files in addition to images when submitting a claim or applying for leave. Some bugs were also zapped along the way.

This version contains these improvements: • The user is able to edit the local claim amount before submitting a claim. Some bugs were zapped as well: • Maternity leave in Singapore is now based on the child’s nationality rather than the mother’s nationality. • The leave application now keeps a copy of the actual working days at the time of application. This gives a true picture of the working days then.

This version contains these improvements: • The user is able to clock in via offline mode if they are unable to log into the system. Clock data will be automatically uploaded to flexHR after the system is up. • Enhance the staff directory to be able to view employee business units from listings. This version contains these improvements: • Biometric Login will request re-verification once the user's password is changed. • The user is able to edit clock locations or remove clock data. • Enhance the claim submission page to be able to select family members in additional or optional sections. • The search feature is integrated into the listing page. You can easily find your selection by providing a keyword in the search bar. Some bugs were zapped as well: • Unable to get GPS location from clock in / out page. • Minor bugs fixed.
