Always have issues

Every time I try to use this app I have issues and now I’ve just been billed 150 euro when I have already tried to cancel my subscription

Poor customer service

I bought a pixem2. We set it up according to the instructions. It would not connect to the watch consistently and when it did it often filmed in the wrong direction. I sent the robot back. They returned the exact same unit with the same problems. Cost of shipping US to Europe is several hundred dollars. Why not send a new robot!!!!

If you want every live lesson you take to be a nightmare….use this app and a pixem!!!!

Love using my Pixem

Awesome app WHEN it works

I use this app to take horseback riding lessons with my coach in Canada and to give horseback riding lessons to students all over the US. However I’m constantly interrupted by the app shutting off mid lesson having to start the lesson over which disrupts both horse and rider (I know from personal experience). There are no troubleshooting instructions to be found anywhere. When it works it’s awesome and such a helpful tool for training but that’s only WHEN it works which is very rare! I have no problem paying a subscription but would like for the app to work!

Dressage

I love having the ability to video my rides. It follows me very well and keeps the frame size great for watching back. Sometimes it doesnt connect to the watch to follow and i get frustrated wasting time trying to trouble shoot and give up. But when it works its perfect!

What is with the monthly fee?

Do I get a free premium access if I purchase a Pixem?

I would rather pay a one time fee to unlock instead of a monthly.

Your website makes no mention of a fee for access. Bad advertising.

This really might be me, how do I get the app to allow me to record the video while in robot mode? The “use by hand “ allows that option. Please advise, thank you

Doesn’t work with iOS 14

Doesn’t work with iOS 14. There is a Bluetooth problem. Company offers no help and no idea when this may be fixed.

11/25/20. App Bluetooth problem is solved!! Hooray!
