Disappointed

Before you buy Pixem, be sure you finish your computer science degree because you will need it. You will need an android because it incompatible with iPhone. Also, you will need to spend additional money for the monthly subscription and special connection cables if you want to take live lessons and use ceecoach. After spending 6+ hours each week for the past month, including many emails to customer service I still am not able to use this for live coaching. iPhone latest update makes it incompatible because of Bluetooth issues. I had to buy a Samsung tablet to even use it to record. Think twice before purchasing this system!

The issue linked to latest iOs 14 version by Apple has been solved by our team. Please download latest version of the app 1.3.4 which solve the bluetooth connection issue.

Poor Customer Seevice

I purchased a bundle from this company that included 6 months of Live Lesson capability. There is no clear way to get my movensee account to this subscription. The app just takes me in circles and emails are slow to get responses in broken English. The user manuals on their website is outdated and no help. Extremely frustrating.

Disappointing

The app works great when you just want to film yourself but the live lesson feature rarely works. You either have to be on Eco setting with blurry image or the app will shut down or not stream an image at all. So disappointing as you have to pay a subscription to use the live lesson feature and it won't work (and yes both parties have great internet so that is not that cause)

Please fix as other companies seem to be doing it well with their devices who didn't even have live-streaming a few months ago so yours should work since you've had it for so long (and charge for it).
