Hello I can see our support team is currently in contact with you regarding the live lesson issue which seems to be linked to your WIFI connection. The issue linked to latest iOs 14 version by Apple has been solved by our team. Please download latest version of the app 1.3.4 which solve the bluetooth connection issue.

Disappointing
Please fix as other companies seem to be doing it well with their devices who didn't even have live-streaming a few months ago so yours should work since you've had it for so long (and charge for it).
