  • My Go-To for Years

    This has been my go-to App for at-home training / keeping fit on the daily. Although I do have my go-to favorite classes and trainers, I would love it if new programs were intermittently added so I could refresh and keep things mixed up. Correct me if I’m mistaken but I don’t think new programs and/or classes have been added in quite some time.

  • Great for travel when I can't get to the health club!

    This app is saving my bacon as I travel this summer. Quick workouts that cover total body health are keeping me on track! Love it!
  • Best decision ever

    I love the short but concentrated workouts! All the trainers are great but Sarah R is my favorite. I’m seeing definition where I wasn’t before, and really motivated to come back for more.

    Love the trainers and courses. The different course durations make it easy to fit in my fitness and are definitely helping me reach my goals! Highly recommend!
  • Great variety!

    Omfit has a great variety of workouts led by great instructors. I do enjoy the videoes and the quick sets. With shorter 10-15min workouts, I can adjust accordingly with my schedule - do one short workout or stack various ones if I have more time. By far my favorite workout app!

    So great to have such a wide variety of classes and class times available. No matter what time you have or what area of the body you want to work they have a class for you. Wonderful instructors!
  • Amazing APP

    I lost 40 lbs. so far with these amazing exercises! I LOVE the instructors, so peppy & they stress the correct form to do the exercises! I have recommended this app to dozens of folks. No gym needed, just your yoga mat & your motivation. Once you start you’re hooked. Love it, love it, love it! 💗 💕 ❤️

    App is easy to use. Seems to be something for everyone and all fitness levels.
  • A great, well-rounded, and organized app

    Great instructors, great music choices, and a variety of classes that you can filter by length, intensity, and instructor. I do wish the descriptions provided for each class were more individualized to the class, not just a blanket summary.
  • Great Choices

    There are a wide range of different types of workouts. I love this as it provides some spontaneity to my daily workout. So far I ha e enjoyed the yoga, dance, trampoline, and Pilates. I plan include hiit and there are many others.
