OK but not good enough for a paid app
The app by default opens on the list of exercises rather than your own programs. So if you want to exercise which you probably do more than designing them, you have to extra click. At the same time there is another huge button for “buy more apps”
You can’t pre program intervals, you can only do it when you start exercise.
You can’t mix in the same group (eg Day 1) exercise with number of repetitions and interval exercise. E.g. 10 Swings with each arm and then 2 minutes of Snatch each arm.
You can’t easily program ladders (great for C&P that is missing).
Yes it saves calories into Health app but not sure how accurate it can be when it doesn’t know you heat rate or even how heavy is the bell.
You can have iPad version but programs will not sync so you will have to recreate it.
And there are minor annoyances such as you can’t delete grouping within program (defaulting to Day 1) unless you add exercises and then only there is delete option appears.
