App is ok but lots of easy small improvements could be made
- Have to kill it sometimes and restart for it to load
- Annoyingly it doesn’t save draft messages in the chat box so if I write a long message to a client, navigate away, then return, the whole message is lost. Should be easy to store that on servers in draft or in local memory.
- Why isn’t all the CRM data visible through the chat? It would be really useful to have a side panel that can be opened that shows all the data we hold in the CRM about that user, eg name, email, browser, OS, device, custom fields like subscription level etc
- Would be good if I could use swipe gestures to close or reopen chats, rather than clicking to chat, hitting three dots and hitting close
