I haven’t had any issue since using Wecasa,payment is on time, the order are coming in and when client lie against the staff, they do email and ask to hear your side of the story. Provide virtual class and explain things in details. I appreciate them and am doing everything to retain client on my own end while the work too hard to bring us the business 🙏 am grateful

The app is good at the beginning but as time goes on the amount of offers reduces and sometimes the partnership between the company and the pro is not equal if you as a pro goes for an appointment and the client complains your time and your efforts goes to waste because the company would not pay you they would refund the money back for the client this happended to my sister who recommended the app to she went for an appointment and the client complained they never paid my sister her money or anything she spent 4 hours still nothing she complained that she did what the client wanted they locked her account and never reached out to her again which is very unfair

I’m working with them more than 6 months, some clients are good some are difficult.
Bad communication
I have been registered for about a month and upheld all the requirements from Wecasa but have received one email saying account on hold because I have not provided DBS which is incorrect, then another email stating that I had been reminded many times to attend another meeting and that’s why it was on hold, this is not case either as it was the first time I was requested to book for the meeting. I attended and hoped the issue would be solved but still I have not been receiving any jobs. And the worst part is I can’t contact any one to talk about the issue. I booked a phone call over 2 weeks ago for today and absolutely no one has called or emailed.

Unfair treatment for Pros
I love Wecasa, We all know customers are always right, Pros deserves to be protected also. A customer lied against me and my Wecasa partnership account was terminated . Out of 24 seasons I’d two insincere reviews; customers cooked up lies against me. One bad review speaks louder than hundred good reviews . It’s really unfair if Pros rights are not recognised.
