The worst company ever is the second week keeping my money and ignored me this a real stealing I don’t Wanna even work again with this team ! No resolution
Unfortunately Wecasa has now changed the way cleaners contact them, which has made it difficult and highly frustrating. When you have an issue you have to go through a series of questions and sometimes there is no resolution because your query has not generated for you to click on. When you do manage to speak with them in the chat to make them aware work is not coming through they will tell you to widen your work area, ensure availability and other things for increase and although I’ve ticked all the boxes ( for at least a month now) confirmed it through the app, they state a member from the wecasa team will be in touch which does not happen so when you go back to updating your message for a response it’s impossible because your last chat with that advisor is still there with a message saying not yet seen so it remains impossible to start a new message.

Good and very helpful app. So easy to organise my shifts and my days in general.
I have a full time job so having a way to organise my part time job in a more suitable and comfortable way for me is simply fantastic!

I CAN NOT GOVE ANY STARS THAT BAD
This company is a joke . Poorly paid for things you need to be qualified for not even minimum wages , for manicures or pedicures.
Rude stupid clients that don’t even want to move items in there own home to be cleaned. Don’t know how to empty hoovers , no mopping system that actually cleans the place properly. Bad training no guidelines when l started l had to keep asking questions totally unprofessional. Customers don’t pay cancellation fees which is bad bcos all the other apps charge one .
Bookings come through whilst your on another job , and crosses over into the hours your already working or booked for so you have to refuse the job - how stupid is that . App’s contradicts itself when l had one client cancelled then she rebooked so l did t know if l was suppose to attend . On it when they know its money but the client didn’t answer my text so l didn’t go .
No respect for the cleaners or the therapists when the person insulted me about my disability did nothing because your losing money from a stupid ugly client with a flithy house and lazy kids .
WOULD NEVER WORK FIR THEM AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE

Don’t recommend
Not a proper full time jobs, convenient shifts not available all the time and many times in regular cleaning clients cancel without communicating and they are expecting you to stay with them. You won’t get enough hours if you consider a full time job but it’s fine for extra cash.
Would I recommend wecasa as a side hassle ? Yes I do recommend wecasa as a part time jobs but not a full time job.

Don’t do it to yourself
Very dehumanising experiences with clients. Some are LOVELY and i thank wecasa for bringing them to me (of course I have continued to clean for them privately as I’m not silly), however wecasa do not care for their pros at all. They take so much from you and some clients are so rude. Some even file baseless complaints just to get a free service. Unbelievable.

It’s ok.
I’ve been getting a lot of cleaning jobs lately which I don’t mind at all. However, a few of the clients I get are quite rude, ungrateful, arrogant and unappreciative. Some will book and accept you then cancel continuously, what a waste of time. If there’s a way to block them from receiving proposals again that would be great.
Another thing is the communication. It’s very hard to get in touch with a staff member and they don’t respond in good time. Just seems as if there is a lack of support for employees.
Overall, I’m not really enjoying working with wecasa. More can be done so that things are more structured and fair.

Dissatisfied
I applied for work they expected from me too many documents and proofs that I found it strange or even suspicious they wanted to fine me for not having some document which is also strange I don’t recommend it at all they very bad in providing quick work opportunity the extra cash for cleaning is only 1£ the help service on the website looks like they have more people helping there as the pictures are uploaded but the truth is only one lady was always calling me etc
