  • do not recommend

    I have been with them over 4 years, i submit loads daily and have at least 1 issue a week. You can never speak to the same person, let alone get someone who speaks clear English. When it comes to us the carrier, TBS does not care. Also i was promised a better rate then 4% time after time still nothing.

  • WORST FACTORING COMPANY

    We are currently on a contract with them and we pay them 4%. Included in that 4% they stated they would pay us no matter what, which was a big lie on their part. Not only do they owe us a lot of money, but the workers do nothing about it and I am tired of calling and having nothing being done. They don’t even tell us when they deem a load ineligible so we can try to fix it. We WORKED for that money and they refuse to pay up or even tell us why they haven’t.

  • Worst Factoring service ever

    I have been with TBS over 6 months now and it’s by far the worst company ever if you are look for Great Customer Service this is NOT the company to go to!! They barely respond to emails the customer service representatives have no clue what they are good at factoring loads that’s it that’s all!!! But it more that that to this!

  • Unable to submit schedule

    Since I updated the app I have not been able to submit any of my loads.

    Hey there, Sorry for your recent experience. We know the new update has caused some issues, but we did push an update that should remedy the issues you were having. I invite you to download version 3.0.3. You should be able to manually update within the next hour.

    This app has gone from being good to just trash. It no longer updates new client , no update on dashboard and overall the company has gone from being good to trash .. To needs to wait 40 mins to speak to a rep , funding is taking long .
