Substantial Improvement!
I was compelled to update my review because the latest update which overhauled the app has been a welcome change and a substantial improvement over the previous app! It is now an A grade bank app that is competitive with the major big banks. With a modern UI (I.e green coloured highlights for credits in the transactions lines,) and advanced features such as FaceID for login it is now a pleasant app to use. The only reason it gets 4 stars is that for a week or so the app was broken and wouldn’t open despite deleting & reinstalling it continued to not work but I believe they are working hard to restore it properly. However, on the apps actual merits it’s VERY good!

Pathetic app and customer service
App crashes often and you have to keep deleting it and re-download. So annoying

I cannot open app no warning that there are issues
Not good Still trying to access my banking app now 5 days later, have phoned, been on hold, spoken to people a few times, they say good to go but the next time I try to access my account no go. Have deleted and reinstalled the app several times, it used to work fine so I am not new to this. Just fix it quickly it’s now 5 days and the maintenance is scheduled this weekend so that is not the reason. If there was a no star option I would use that

Can’t log in
Old app was at least reliable. I can’t get into this one. Spinning icon death loop or get an error message “Response correlation does not match Request”. No clue what that means especially as I don’t even get any login page.
One time I restarted my phone and it refreshes but not going to do that every time.
Please allow us to revert or fully debug. Banking apps are too mission critical to be this buggy.

HP bank, prioritise getting a new app!
Okay bank, terrible banking app, frequently stops working with no warning requiring reinstall and lengthy wait times over the phone to troubleshoot.
Doesn’t work
Can’t even open the app 95% of the time
Unable to log in due to errors
Have had to re-download numerous times. Unstable app
App HP Bank
Terrible app ever . I have to keep deleting app then reinstalling then the app logs me out and then can not access account again. In this day and age it should be 100%. When it was pulse credit union never ever had any issues.
