Lots of silly little niggles
Why does the teacher app not give alert about messages? I have to load the app to see if I have any messages?
Why does one message system use the word save to send a message? Do you not mean send?
Why does the other message system use the word proceed? Do you not mean send?
Why do the bullet points on the school dinners not line up correctly? There is a bullet point at the end of a line?
Why does the dinner menu jump to the top of the list every time you update a child’s option?

Good app but a few things are very frustrating
There seems to be lots of dead ends, so for example I want to contact a parent of a student in my class, I cannot just load the register and see their contact details.
I cannot figure out how to see their next lesson quickly (very time wasting to go to everyone’s times tables individually and tell them what they have next, especially prevalent at the beginning of the year)

Frustrating
As a supply teacher I have used different MIS platforms. This one is really difficult.
I was suddenly assigned registration of an unfamiliar class and had to scroll through the whole list of tutor groups to find it. A filter or search would be helpful.
Taking the register is fiddly and takes multiple taps to complete each pupil. It then complains about missing information which isn’t easy to see on the small screen.
It’s my first day using this and I can’t find how to give positive praise in the system. That should be prominent. Does it exist? I browsed the help guides online but kept getting negative behaviour management. Where is it?

Needs iPad version
The app works just fine, but it needs an iPad version. It is using only a tiny portion of the screen real estate available.
Registers not loading
Latest update has been very frustrating. Waiting for fix.

Looks good overall, would like event types though in behaviour to be able to filter to those specific events

Can’t add the number of minutes late on iPad. You can only add the late mark.
Communication log
Please add option to add communication log onto student details. So frustrating searching for student, calling number, then having to search student again to add communication log.
Homework feature
Great app, only issue I’m having is the homework feature! Works fine on my iPhone but doesn't appear on my iPad
