No body should put their money on this app I repeat do not put your money here they are scam I deposited 50k to try their virtual card then I later decided to withdraw my money from on the 12th of September 2021 till today I haven’t received my funds the annoying part is the transaction disappeared from my dashboard I am not even seeing it on my dashboard luckily I received an email from them during the transaction secondly I tried to make any withdrawal of 2k recently till now it’s pending I have been writing them on their mobile app because no how to contact them but they aren’t responding so everyone should avoid them do not put your funds here if you have anywhere to report this fraudsters then do,

A High Budget Scam
I've been waiting for my money for well over a day, and their customer support is the worst I've ever come across (no exaggeration)... I can't reverse the transaction, and they charged a pretty penny in extra fees when transfering from my Visa card. Now my money is stuck in their useless wallet, and they could not seem to care less. If you're only option is a bank transfer, you're better off using that. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, ITS A HIGH BUDGET SCAM!

Absolute garbage
This app is absolutely terrible for 2 reasons
1. Their customer service never replied messages
2. They claim they review your documentation and once you submit it, your account remains pending. It’s been 3 weeks since I submitted sensitive information and no review decision, no customer service reply.
It feels like they collected my information for the sake of farming it and I don’t recommend anyone goes near this app.

Do not download this app. They will lock up your money and give you excuse till you get tired. They are the worse money app . Do not download this or use their services after you see this

The app constantly fails to allow me to add address and verify account as a new user and when I try to contact customer care that fails as well
