Poor customer service and pending transactions.
This app with all that it promise has very poor customer service. They do not respond to customer issues and you wait out for days before you can get a simple response.
Avoid this app
Most of us are here because of the virtual card they provide since CBN has further reduced spending to $20 a month which is practically useless. But you see this app, don’t use it! Try other alternatives or you will loose your money at some point. Read the reviews from others, you don’t even need to make a mistake before it happens to you. You simply send funds and sometimes it won’t show up and their customer support do not respond. You only have to wait it out for days. Avoid this app if you are allergic to incompetence.

Got the app- created the digital debit cards & then the cards stopped working & stuck with no way to get money out. Customer care that gives you the run around with no answers!!

Customer service is zero.
My funds have been missing on the app for more than two weeks and nothing has been done since I reported the incident. I have reached out for help on their Instagram, Twitter, and in app help but absolutely nothing has been done except for empty promises. This is unacceptable!

My money disappeared into thin air!
This app was fine when I first started using it but of late, there are frequent balance errors, support is inadequate and the virtual cards no longer work.
My USD balance switched from a positive balance to over $-150 without any transaction happening! Support hasn’t said anything about it, despite me reaching out several times

Virtual Card Feature Is TRASH
The virtual card feature is absolute trash and waste of time and money. Don't bother try because they always pack off for maintenance that takes ages to complete.
