App is non functional
Can’t access the home page. Can’t add a card. Crashes when I try the other categories on the bottom. Literally unusable
Not all countries available as advertised!
You advertised one thing and after download your app is saying a different thing. Nigeria is not part of the countries for transfer in the app as stated in the App Store. Let’s try to be transparent in our selling approach.

Withdrawal
I regret installing this stupid application, adding money is easy but won’t want to withdraw is hard, why that I actually credit my wallet from my bank account thinking I would get a virtual card unfortunately the features is suspended, now I wanted to take out my money for past 3 days now, it’s says unfortunately the service is suspended, so I call you guys scam or what?

Pending transaction
Why are you people always like this? Transactions always on pending for like forever this is my 5th time someone is sending money to me from Kenya and it’s always pending for more than 24hrs before I get it. Your customer service is trash and you frustrate a lot of people who need money urgently if this doesn’t stop I will stop using the app and I will tell other people I know to stop using it

Fix the new bug update app
The new version update is a trash fix it or leave the older version. I need to have access to my account to take my money out

Horrible customer service
The app always has issues and almost every transaction takes hours to process.
App not opening
Since the app has been updated like a month ago, it is no more opening on my phone and I don’t know why.
I am using an iPhone 6 Plus and I have installed all the latest updates, the same problem persists.
Please I will like you to check it and find a solution to it.
