Despite the little challenges with their cards, the work alright ☺️. But if it’s money transfer, it’s the best and most reliable. I’ve been receiving money from Rwanda to Ghana with this app❤️. It’s easy

Their customer service is not functional. No phone number to reach them on, and they won't respond to in-app messages. I can't give even one star!!!

Please run away from this app. It’s been over a week I topped up my so called account with 600 usd using flutterwave. It didn’t reflect and I complained, they acknowledge the money us with them but they didn’t refund or make the money reflect. I still haven’t gotten my money back till now ! Eversend refund my money !!!

Don’t waste your time on this app but rather report them!!! Series of pending transactions not just from me but other customers left unattended. They don’t give a hoot about their customers but rather they want to steal from them. Don’t waste your time here!!!!!!!

Dear sir/madam, I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed with the issues regarding replies to messages. I have been contacting you since 1 week ago but to no avail. If you claim you have your customers at heart you wouldn’t do this. This implies that if a fraudulent issue should pop up, that’s how your end will just handle the issue and everything would be lost.
I downloaded this app this year but at the look of things, I don't think you are worth working with because, at a time of need, there is no one to come to your rescue.

Don’t Ever use this app. It doesn’t tell you which countries can use , it takes your card information and you really don’t know what’s happening. I contacted support multiple times still no response. Bloody SCAMMERS Read reviews
