Does not allow you to register because you didn’t put in a “userType” but it never asks for a user type. Inexcusable for an app to be launched with that glitchnarbereic

Just purchased this product but will not allow registration as a new user. Get error message stating “select usertype” but no option available. Who do I contact to address or to obtain refund? Great idea but doesn’t work.Catsum5
