When it works it’s fine, but this thing crashes for me when I send off my data 9 times out of 10. And I have to wait a few hours sometimes when it crashes because it won’t reopen the app

the app works great, the backoffice works amazing, the only thing that would make it better is while filling out the form, you could click into what the final form looks like (customized pdf/word template) for customer /client to review and sign, had a few complain that what they were signing didnt look like what was in the final copy
