I have had my Nuwave Bravo XL Smart Oven for a few months now and yet I have been waiting to use the Nuwave Cooking Club App. The Nuwave Cooking Club was offered with the purchase. I can't use this App what-so-ever. I try and try to sign up so I can use the App's features but I keep getting a Pop-up that continually says this: "Alert! No Internet Connection! Please Try Again!" The fact is, I am connected and I want to sign up so I can use this App. Please take that pop-off off and let me sign up so I can use this App. Otherwise it's false advertising. No, I have not went to Amazon and write a negative review, but have no qualms posting here. If you fix this 'Bug' on this App - I will make it 5-stars. I have waited several months in hopes you would fix this 'Bug'. I tried it on my iPad and my Android to no avail. Are you not taking any new subscribers? Please fix your App. I really want to enjoy it. Thank you. Pamie
