Terrible app
Have new pro smart oven so installed app. After putting ipad on 2.4 connected to wifi but took 2 attempts. Initial use of app could never get start button to start oven. Wattage button worked. As I always do switched ipad device back to 5.1. App said device disconnected which is bad. Normally all I need to do is put a device on network then router works between devices. Not with this app.
Went back to 2.4. Opened app and home screen just spins looking. Doesn't give way to stop search or add oven again. App totally hung. Deleted app, reinstalled with same results.
Doubt if I would have used app much, but good thing since it doesn't work on modern wifi systemShow lessApp
The app is not responding. I just signed up and it says my email is incorrect. I checked the email and it’s the same email I’ve had for years and yes it was input correctly. I tried to put in another email I have but the app will not let me get in to change to a different email. I have the unit set to auto. It has not come on since I took it out of the box and hour ago. It should come on because I spilt an essential oil and the smell is over whelming but the unit still has not come on. Not sure what’s going on. I sure don’t want to return the unit it was $389 and such a pain to return it.Show lessTerrible connection issues
I’ve reconnected my purifier to my device about 6 times now in the last 3 weeks. Everyday I wake up it’s a mystery if it will randomly be deleted or stay. This has nothing to do with my devices Bluetooth or homes Wi-Fi. I have gigabit Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0. This issue has never been an issue until about 3 months ago. Please fix the app. So many things have been ruined since the cooking issues.Show less
