Feels useless…
I found this app an improvement over the former app but my expectation was that new features and improvements would be released shortly after the initial app was released. This does not seem to be the case. Instead you have an app that won’t even let you pause high data use devices from the data section. To further make things useless the app says Unknown/Unknown/Unknown for many connected devices and so you can’t even tell what device to pause from the Devices page (because more than half your devices will say unknown).Show lessHorrible experiences!
This app is a nightmare. I’ve wasted days of my life trying to get our internet to work. The Support Chat never works, it’s just an empty button - and the app is the only way to get support! There’s no phone or email or contact form. We spent a lot of $$$ on the routers and are helpless when they go out since we can’t access Support. Sometimes we get logged out of the app and can’t get back in, and reset links don’t function. What is happening??!! Don’t buy these products, total waste of time and money.Show lessWhat happened?!!!

I’m having the same issue as everyone else. The app cannot connect to the router. However everything device is connected and working fine. I tried rebooting but no luck. Does Motorola send updates directly to the router? Please fix this as I control family devices.Show less
