Improving!
Updates have made this app so much better. My only gripe is in the messaging; this app seems unable to recognise punctuation or needing to start a new line.
I would also like to be able to save photographs.HMoose
Frustrating
This app isn’t too bad once you’re in but it won’t accept auto fill-in of log in details, and when I do manually put in my email address and password it says ‘your email and password cannot be blank’ so it fails at the first hurdle when you can’t even log in. Terrible!!LorMoo

Rubbish
Can never log into the app, have to use the web version.
Forms ask way to much information which is not required and cannot update information.
Unable to download photos of my own child or observations.

FaceID and push notifications are missing
Two recommendations to take this app from 3* Star to 4* star rating.
1) Please can the developers add faceID to the login screen?
It is (unfortunately) the difference between an app being used or not used nowadays.
2) Please can you enable user to configure push notifications? This would be a very convenient enhancement.

Had good prospects
The major issue with this app is so many bugs. Please fix bugs and make it user friendly. The app would be less stressful without all these bugs and having to constantly resubmit everything. It also needs a stay logged in feature or facial recognition. After a few mins away from the app I have to keep logging in with all my details. So frustratingShow lessmm47891023

Unable to type, it goes up and down randomly. Not user friendly.
It looks like a web version website on my phone(latest iphone) rather than an app like it shows on the pictures.

App looks and works like something from the 90s!
Awful app, looks outdated and unuser friendly - gutted our nursery has switched from the fantastic Famly app to this one. You have to log in every time you open it, which I haven’t seen on an app before showing how dated this is. Some pages don’t open properly. Web browser version is a better but still poor overall. Buggy, basic, needs improvements!
My child’s nursery has gone from one app to this one and all I can say is what a mistake!
The app is buggy, it doesn’t allow you to type long messages without it jumping all over the place so you can’t see what you’re typing. When you eventually do find it you can’t send the message.
Trying to make home observations requires visiting the website - what’s the point in having an app if you can’t have the full experience?
Can’t view invoices as I’d like to.
It’s a clunky, frustrating experience from start to finish.
