Worst App
This is possibly the worse app I’ve ever used. It really isn’t fit for purpose. I had to try about 10 times to submit my registration details. I’m still not sure what I finally did to accept. It asks so many questions that just aren’t relevant and the company has no business asking. The app doesn’t seem to fit properly on a phone screen, I had to use the up and down arrows to navigate through each field in the form as I couldn’t scroll up and down the screen. And most importantly, there seems to be no way to request a set pattern of childcare - isn’t that supposed to be the whole point of the app?

Poor
The app does not have a remember me feature so I have to log in again every single time I want to check it. It’s too zoomed in and keeps glitching to the top of the page when o try to read the inboxmjkenreview

An absolutely terrible app. Badly designed, not user friendly in any way. Does not remember details, so you have to login every time it is opens. Better off just using the website.peterjoshua2er64
Needs a better login
The app is relatively useable once logged in, but there should be an easier way to log in rather than typing email & password each time - face recognition or finger print?
Some of the pages (inc. “booking pattern”) don’t seem very mobile friendly either, but we don’t use those very often (other people might).
The app just needs some tweaking as is could be a great way to easily check up on everything about your child’s nursery in one place, it’s just not that user-friendly at the moment.Show lessHanRB123
Terrible.
Echoing the other grievances by users. Not a user-friendly design and no sign of updates. The login screen isn’t even optimised for mobile. THE LOGIN SCREEN. First bad sign. No touch to log in which would save manually entering your details every time. The registration process is murder. You can’t look at photos the nursery uploaded any closer (no pinch to zoom or pop out). It’s just all around a nightmare to use and if I didn’t need it to see my daughter’s day at nursery I wouldn’t bloody bother.Show lessMiffed1987
Need to be able to type!!!
I’ve had need to reply to a message using my phone, but every keystroke sends the view to the top of the page where the box I am typing in is at the bottom, out of sight, so I cannot see what I am typing! Most annoying! This is only one gripe with the app… a login page that is zoomed so much it doesn’t fit on my screen properly, a email/password login which is somewhat outdated perhaps, and general difficulties when we first set things up… for saying this is designed to help make life easier when you have a screaming child around, it really isn’t!Show lessGingerme1986
Ten years out of date
Dreadful app.
Login - offer fingerprint/face recognition or at least a pin instead of having to enter password and login every time.
Photos - make them bigger or able to be saved or the ability to click on them to get full screen
Bugs - fix them. My child IS registered, she’s at nursery full time. This app seems to think we un register her on a daily basis. Sort the registration process out. I don’t need to register her details every time I log in.
Partners - many people with babies/children have partners. Why not add the ability to add their details in?

Worst thing ever - unusable
I word rate less than 1 if possible. I rarely do reviews but this is so bad I could not do one.
Can’t register as the app has no save feature so you have to answer a million questions in one sitting.
Entering dat me of birth takes about 3 days.
Using toggle switches to say yes no will force you back to top of page so have find your place again.
The website is the same on iPhone even if you ask for desktop site. Will not let me log in on website but will on the app.

APP constantly down
I’ve not been able to log in to the app yet because it’s constantly being updated? It doesn’t specify when the problem will be resolved either. Not a good experience so far!User1-Hughes
A step back from the old paper invoices
Doesn’t work on iOS - resets to start of page for the hundreds of fields that need to be completed when registering - needs a lot of work before it will be usefulCollyP
