Every time i try to download all i get is title page then a blank page with red line across the top. Tried on my iphone and ipadgrandma1051

If only it would open.....
This app will not open on my iPad or tablet. It did open ONCE on my iPad and has not done since. It never opened on my tablet. My friend downloaded it also on her tablet and the same thing happened. Please fix this.
