Requis pour faire l’update du BLE (Bluetooth)
Vraiment plein de bugs. J’ai l’impression que le support n’est pas actif. Impossible de créer un compte. Facebook ne fonctionne pas. Il faut utiliser Strava, et après 10+ messages d’erreur, on a pu passer à la mise à jour. Maintenant, on désinstalle car on ne peut rien faire de plus!
Dysfunctional
This app connects to my Cairn e-bike but fails to provide any information re speed etc. Does occasionally send me messages re firmwire updates but these fail to load onto my laptop. I’ve fitted a Wahoo cadence monitor to my bike & have gone back to using the Wahoo app which I’ve used for years successfully on other bikes.

Will not connect
The app will not connect. Have tried all troubleshooting. Tech support just sends you around in circles. They know it doesn’t work and just play endless games via email. Why ? Don’t they have programming at Porsche. It’s so bad that you might want to re consider your FAZUA purchase.
Junk
It works the first 30 seconds after you download it. Then, it recognizes the vehicle intermittently so the connection expires and you have to try troubleshooting every single minute. What a piece of junk of an app!!!
Essentially useless
The Bluetooth connectivity is essentially unusable, and it looks like the app hasn’t been updated in over a year. On the rare occasions I can achieve a connection (through some alchemy of rebooting the battery, turning Bluetooth on/off) it’s highly unstable.
8/12/21 update: it looks like the last iteration of their Bluetooth drivers fix3d most of the problems. Connection is still hit or miss at times, but more or less works. Upgrading from 1 to 3 stars.

Connection problems.
This app along with the other Fazua app has significant problems connecting to Bluetooth. Once connected it works fine. Fazua really needs to work on this connectivity problem on an otherwise fine app.
Will not connect
This will not work on IOS 14. I can get it to work on phone running on IOS 12 but completely unresponsive on later operating systems.
Unreliable
The App appears to provide useful information but has failed to save on several occasions very frustrating after a long ride!.. will use Strava in future. Also sometimes errors in battery usage and the mode readout is hardly visible, overall not a reliable, professional software.
Does not connect to evation bike
Does not connect to evation bike system. I cannot create an account without connecting to the bike, but it won’t recognize the bike. I have a recent serial number remote fx.
Unreliable
I’ve just started using this app to go with my electric bike. The main problem i have is that the app appears to drain my battery when using it. I only do a 20 minute commute but generally after about 15 minutes my phone turns off indicating that the battery is dead. When i get home and switch the phone back on the battery is fine so no idea what’s going on
