Dysfunctional app, poor customer service
Gave this a 2 star just because once or twice I attended the events which I enjoyed and I felt initially the app would be interesting and might lead to interesting people. However I was extremely disappointed and upset by the poor customer service when the app would no longer let me sign on (it was bugged) and the customer service would repeatedly not offer any help or support whilst they still took my subscription money (which is far too expensive for what the app is/provides compared to others). It took months of chasing and chasing (I was exasperated but refused to give up) and receiving automated and ridiculous replies from the team not addressing or reading my concerns (which was not hard I literally just couldn’t log in to my account with my normal details) until they finally put me through to the IT team who set me up with a different email. This still malfunctioned and I had to chase again, and then instead of adding two months back on I again had to chase them for the further month they owed me. I just can’t believe how bad the service was. It could have been so straight forward. Was not worth it either. Very disappointing app and experience and I really wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I know friends who have also ditched the app for similar reasons.

Buggy and behind a paywall after a week
The most useless app ever
Love the concept and was excited to try it out but immediately encountered bugs, including no photos being displayed for any prospective matches, and the app entirely shutting down when I tried to talk to matches.
By the time they responded to my email to fix the photo bugs, the app was behind a paywall and I couldn’t use any features anymore.

Meet new friends
I had a great time at Victoria curated events though out the summer. I’ve meet people on the app in my field of work, it’s really opened up new experiences for me and look forward to the Autumn/Winter schedule.
Great to meet friends
Met a lot of likeminded people at their events and truly one of the few apps where you can actually network. Definitely recommended for creatives!
Just a start but a way to go
Intrigued by the concept of community and dating. It kept me on waitlist and accepted but can’t able to use any feature nor, letting me use the app at all. Lemme know if you need a beta tester.

Badly made app
Crashes everytime you try to change your preferences and forgets your preferences everytime you close the app..lol. Really badly done, it’s like they all went on holiday and didn’t leave anyone to look after the app. Honestly don’t spend a penny really is an awful app, don’t believe me do the free trail and you’ll even want to cancel that…not even your time. Just crashes at every tap and not straight forward to use and littered with fake accounts. Also will show you potentials from countries away (forget cities haha) and when you try to change the distance preference it crashes, at the moment I’m based and London and it’s showing me potentials as far as Spain and even America!!!

Useless
How do you charge people when the app crashes constantly? You can’t filter by distance because the app just closes down. I’d like a refund.

Another underwhelming dating app
Had some high hopes for this given the marketing they’ve done however this app has done nothing but disappoint. Half the buttons within the app just make it crash completely. You cannot put a radius less than 100m due to this rendering most matches you get useless as they are on the other end of the country.
Given it’s pretty expensive in comparison to the other apps I would at least expect it to work. Other than that I’m not really sure what they are saying sets them apart from the rest as it’s got pretty basic features.

Our distance filter is designed for you to filter other members between 1- 100+ miles. Our app is different from most other apps because all our members are handpicked, and we want to ensure the quality of our community. Our app is a private community with networking, events and dating functionalities, which is also unique comparing to other apps.
SHOCKING
So this is my second time giving the app a try and surprise surprise it's totally rubbish. It's got so many glitches I wonder who's working on it, must be a bunch of kids. I can't even delete my account, it just says 'oops we can't process...' just like it does when I try to search or message people. I've just lost all of my messages / conversations I was having because the app deletes connections if there's no initial contact in 5 days. I was having conversations and they were still makred as 'not-started'. So thanks, those potential dates are down the drain and so is my money. It also doesnt always send complete messages so you're left wondering what was sent? Don't bother with this, total sham.

UI is unresponsive
The concept of the app is great! But I’ve come across few technical glitches. When you match with someone and you message them, only half the message gets sent - which is a pain point! Also, when you set your preference filters it doesn’t render to your choices
