    So much better already after only using it for 1 day! Great job on the update!!
  • I’m Almost Done with eCO

    I agree with previous comment. I have always had problems with the app! I think the CU operations lack a lot: incredibly long line inside and in drive through, website issues, not enough staff to handle customer load, but the absolute worst is the mobile banking app. I’m re installing it for the third time now! The only thing I think eCO has going for it is the employees. They are efficient, friendly and always cheerful.

  • Not happy

    Half the time I cant log in if I can and transfer money it states error I transfer again then it moves money twice. Mobile deposit is not on the update either. Come on I love the CU but if I can’t use the app consistently I may change where I keep my money.
  • I have never hated an app more

    The old app for this bank never failed me but this new one has messed up every single time I’ve used it. The touch id never works, it removed 4 characters from my username and saved the incorrect one between logins, and when i type the correct username and password, it still doesn’t work most times.

  • No Check Deposit/Sign-In Bugs

    You are supposed to be able to deposit checks through this app. I am enrolled online, so I should be able to see an option for check deposit. I also can never use Touch ID. I get an error every time. Useless.
