Every year, I’m asked to create an account. That seems a bit redundant, but I did it anyway when this season started. A few weeks ago, I went to check the standings, and had to log in. The options were create an account, or log in, but when I tapped “continue”, there was nothing to tap to actually log in. I tried to continue as a guest, but that didn’t work.
Tried to create a new account, but couldn’t do that because my phone number already exists in the system. That’s odd because every year, I have to create a new account so if my phone number is already in the system mid-season, why can’t it exist outside the season?!
For the past few weeks, I have tried to contact support using the option in the app. It says someone will get back to me within 24 hours. I have yet to hear back from anyone. At this point, it’s just easier to use the TSN app.
