The app does not provide a way to add you tickets to your apple wallet.
It also gives you a help button that leads to nowhere.

Unresponsive and ineffective
Every year, I’m asked to create an account. That seems a bit redundant, but I did it anyway when this season started. A few weeks ago, I went to check the standings, and had to log in. The options were create an account, or log in, but when I tapped “continue”, there was nothing to tap to actually log in. I tried to continue as a guest, but that didn’t work.
Tried to create a new account, but couldn’t do that because my phone number already exists in the system. That’s odd because every year, I have to create a new account so if my phone number is already in the system mid-season, why can’t it exist outside the season?!
For the past few weeks, I have tried to contact support using the option in the app. It says someone will get back to me within 24 hours. I have yet to hear back from anyone. At this point, it’s just easier to use the TSN app.Show lessdani1372
Keeps logging me out..!
This app logs me out continually and I can’t get back in or will not let me sign back on. I am a season holder ticket and makes it very inconvenient to follow my team or get my tickets to my soccer games.MCTDE
Decent UI, needs work
One of my biggest quarrels is that I can’t view the whole premier league schedule - just the team I selected. Also it can be a bit glitchy at times.finnogoggles
Handy but…
Very handy app for tickets, news, discounts, etc. but every once in a while it signs you out (and I’ve had this happen over several years with different phones). This seems to happen at the most inconvenient times, like at a game a about to use it. Most recently it has locked me out of the account after only one attempt to log back in.Show lessMike Bhoy
Not Working
Terrible experience! Leads you in with your email and password- then asks you to “verify” with a code ? Assuming they send that by email ? …. But no email …. Nothing ! So the game stops there !

Awful App and Customer Service
This app is awful. Its slow, often pages only load halfway and when I had issues, and sent multiple emails several weeks ago, I have heard absolutely nothing. The only reason I keep the app is to follow the league, otherwise it would be long gone off of my phone.wazwsxedc123
Glitchy
App constantly freezes to the point where it is unusable. Links don’t work, page freezes while scrolling so portions of 2 pages show on screen. Rebooting the app doesn’t help. Utter garbage.newleaf1
