Great for shipping from home
Easy as can be to use and gone from my doorstep within hours. I had shipped a b-ball cap my son-in-law left after his visit and he was thrilled to receive is so quickly.louiewyeth

Excellent way to stay organized
I use ship.com for my professional and my personal shipping needs and it is amazing! Being able to quickly track all incoming and outgoing shipments in one places is very neat and keeps me organized. I love ship.com!Kbliv911
Makes shipping and tracking way easier
Love how it automatically tracks my packages without me ever having to put in a tracking number. It’s got a really clean interface that’s much more informative than Amazon’s built in tracking. It’s also super quick to buy shipping labels from the app, and usually a few dollars cheaper than paying at the post office!Show lessHudmanster
Pretty but barebones app
This app looks really nice and is totally free. Besides that, it is missing many basic features other trackers have.
It has an awesome design, but until many of these are added, I will stay with my old tracker.
The app lacks:
-ability to add tracking numbers manually without connecting inbox
-ability to rename an item
-ability to see picture of an item
-map view does not work on iPad app or on ship.com

It’s a great tool to have around.
I’ve been getting shipments and buying online at least twice a week and Ship.com really centralized the shipping process for me. It’s very accessible even when I’m not on my phone. I can always ask Alexa “open Ship.com” for a quick update.Kevin D.T

Ability to manually enter packages
Please add the ability to manually enter packages. Not going to let you snoop around my email just to get package updates, but I would use an up that let's me track whatever tracking number I enter._meds_
Limited usefulness
Works only with gmail? Useless for me.GWNUS
