whose POLICY is to be rude and ALLUSIVE - YOU are equally responsible for all the harassment they do as you are the one keeping them in business.
I guess I care about myself and being respected more than most people. I’m certainly not gonna work hard hours for complete stranger and then hand my money over to them. How much of a moron do you have to be?
UPDATE: I went back back to see if anything had changed or improved. Still the same ignorant customer service where they provide you with a number and not a name. They don’t even even say hello to you. AI is never going to be great if human beings can’t even communicate. Idiots. WHO DO YOU THINK PROGRAMS THE AI?! LEARN HOW to be kind and interact with human beings! Don’t tell me: “You can call me Wong”. I put a lot of effort and thought into naming my child, and if I found out, somebody was naming him anything other than his name, I would slap them in their mouth! Not only is it the best platform, it is the best stock , options, FedEx and BTC learning center. I have to say they are the most organized and reliable brokerage out there in my opinion. And it’s all free. Thank you Moo Moo. And let me add. If you need to experiment with trading techniques do it here and pay attention to the tips on almost every page. Awesome. I am fixing to fund my account as a day trader in the next couple of weeks and with what I have learned in the past few months is priceless. Also. Also trading WOW. Always good support. Very generous incentives to become a user. Ernest effort to educate investors. I have had my money with them for some time now. I do not feel like this company is greedy. Rather I think they care about their customers. They set a good example. I am going to start sharing referral links. I do have concern that brand identity could be an issue in terms of broader adoption of MooMoo *among certain demographics* as well as perception about China, and the great access to mainland markets will not be appreciated, and expect that folks born before 1970, to whom I send the referral link, will take issue and not join, unfortunately. I hope I am wrong because I am grateful for this product and prefer MooMoo to other brokers.Show lesscjgato

Never transfer stocks directly to Moomoo. The system will flag you as a money laundering suspect and immediately restrict your trading. You'll need to provide a lot of documents to them. I spent a lot of time gathering the materials, and after submitting them, they said I still needed a bank statement. The bank account was previously linked to Moomoo, but since I didn't use it often, I went to the bank to close the account. How am I supposed to provide that?
As for the anti-money laundering check, they asked for the last month's bank statement. What's the point of that? If someone really wants to launder money, they won't use the last month’s transactions. I highly recommend not transferring stocks directly—it’s just too much trouble.Show less已测
They don’t accept any fintech firms, the US should ban this app too.
They don’t accept funds sent through a wire transfer if it’s from a “fintech company” So I’ve been waiting since July 10th when I sent the wire transfer from Revolut that has a US address in the bank account information. But they said its not compatible with their system. They also said they don’t take funds sent through Chime or PayPal. Then they said there may be a fee on the return of the funds. There better not be. They should put that in print on the page telling you the ACH and Wire Funds details but they don’t. Instead you wait and wait for funds that will never hit your mutual account. I hope this helps someone decide not to use this company. As a new customer this is not good customer service. It’s like they are saying my money is no good from these banks.Show lesstelmore007
First time actually trading
I found this app through some random youtuber and quite honestly it has been an amazing experience. I don’t have prior knowledge of how broker accounts work and did not know where to start. Moomoo walked me through everything with their easy to follow tutorial and introduced me to paper-trading as a way to get into buying and selling. I know its not the only broker to do that but for me I found everything easy to learn and understand with its user friendly interface. I love this app. It is fantastic for level 2 trading, includes a good community to get trading ideas or find chat groups outside of the app to join. Also you get good pricing on your trades as well as quick finalization. The only suggestions I have are a quicker news feed. As it seems like the news stories are behind other applications like webull or TD ameritrade. The pre and post chart. You are only able to view it as a line graph right now and it would be nice to see the candlesticks instead. And finally the ability to set stop losses or take profit trades. Moomoo does have trailing stop trades but it would be nice to have the SL and TP options as well. Thank you for the excellent trading platform!
