Very disappointed
I just got this drone as a gift and I’ve been trying to connect the app so I can get some footage or snap some pictures. The app doesn’t work at all and I’ve been trying to contact the company to see if they can resolve the issue. The contact email isn’t working anymore.
I really enjoyed the drone especially for its inexpensive price.
I hope this can get resolved. If not, I will be returning the drone.Aubrey Drizzy
It’s good but why did this happen?
After 2 days of using the the A15H model, one of the motor’s just... wanted to die. I was really disappointed after this happened yesterday. But I am just gonna get another one and hope it goes well!Santi T.V

I kept trying to push the "tutorial video" button and it would just not respond. There are no other instructions on how to pair it with the drone.oneoftheordinary
iPhone control not working directly
Need to disable modem, only enable WiFi, then follow instructions, it will work, verified on iPhone.neilwant2play

Give me a new one
I was flying my brand new drone and I was going high and it went high and out of signal wasn’t even high btw and it flew to a different neighborhood and it is probably in a thousand pieces now.

When I first got the drone, I was pretty disappointed because when I pressed the return to home button, it flew in a random direction. The customer service however, is excellent and I got a new drone for free. This one has functioned perfectly well and I love it. Thank you Snaptain!AviatorAdministratorYT

I got it to work with an iPhone 11
After a few minutes of cursing and wondering why the heck I couldn’t get the app to work, I played with some settings and it worked! What I did: turn on Airplane mode but leave on WiFi. Once connected to the drone WiFi, open the Snaptain option from the WiFi settings menu, then scroll down to “Configure Proxy” and set it to “Automatic”. I did a bunch of clicking so I’m fairly certain this is what made it work but not 100% sure. Let me know if it works for you!Klahamptom
