  • Ok but needs improvement

    This app is great when it works, but sometimes it won’t let you order anything. No matter if you do ASAP or a scheduled time. And for some reason, you can’t order food by phone. So if you want to go orders, a lot of time I have to go in, order and then wait.
  • Food is amazing, but the app is awful

    The app’s menu doesn’t match what’s available in the store at the correct hours, so you get all the way to checkout before it says “this isn’t available”. Very frustrating. There is also a confusing “full menu” toggle which makes thins worse. This combined with the phone number no longer accepting orders (or getting to talk to a human in general), makes this a tough choice in the myriad of other food options. In-store dining is good though.

  • No ability to customize

    I love the food, but I also like to customize my order. There’s no option to say no bun. Or to add broccoli as my side. Not having the ability to customize means I won’t be using this app anymore. Definite bummer!
  • App doesn’t actually let you customize

    Wanted to add turkey and avocado to a salad, but app wouldn’t let me and cafe refused to take my order over the phone. Now have to go stand in line and order there if I want my salad. Why have the app if you can’t get what you want?
  • Great food. Awful app.

    I rarely use this app without encountering a new problem. It resets pickup time. It says ASAP pickup is all booked up—at 2pm on a Tuesday.

    Most recently, I tapped “edit” on an order that went through, but backed out of that and got my original order. Unfortunately now I can’t use the app because it forever thinks I’m editing the original order. From two weeks ago. Even if I cancel out and start a new order. Even if I choose a new location. No matter what. Error. The app is bricked.

  • Can’t use gift cards

    Purchased gift cards for the Holidays and was told they’d be good for online and in store. The App and Website both have sections to use as a payment option, the balance of the gift card shows up on the order checkout, but when submitted the order the site/app declines the order stating the card details are invalid EVEN THOUGH MY BALANCE DISPLAYS.

    If gift cards cannot be used, then remove this section as a valid payment option.

  • Won’t let me order

    I’ve been trying to order on the app but no matter what options I choose as far as Walk-in, Curbside, ASAP or scheduled orders, it will still give me an error message. And when you call the actual restaurant they say they don’t do phone orders. So the only other option is to go inside.
  • Not easy, not helpful

    I would love to use the app to place a delivery order, but unfortunately it doesn’t work. It says it’s going to work then it’s like never mind we won’t deliver anywhere!!! But it’s an option…. There’s no help and no one to contact so I will have to pass on these restaurants looking forward.
  • Works great, has a bit of a bug

    I use this app every week to order from Northstar, and it works very well. Never lets me down. Well, almost never. I’ve noticed a bit of a bug which has bitten me a couple times now. When you launch the app, select a “scheduled” time for pickup and schedule a particular time in the future for pickup. Then, from the “recent orders” section, select a recent order and tap “Reorder now”. Once you do this, your “scheduled” pickup time that you previously set is switched to “ASAP”. And if you don’t realize this before checking out, you’ve just placed an order for pickup ASAP with your only recourse being to call the restaurant directly to apologize and correct the pickup time. Because as an ASAP order, there is no option within the app to cancel.

    Would also be great if you could just remember the Make/Model/color of my car. I get that could potentially change depending on who’s driving, but you already remember my name, phone number, credit card info, and everything I’ve ever ordered. It’s just a bit of a pain having to manually enter my car info every single time. Use the last entered car, and people can change it if need be.

  • Love & Broken Hearts

    Northstar, Brassica and Third & Hollywood, you stole my heart from the beginning and you will always have it. Time for a “but”… But, my heart is more than slightly broken now that my favorite Northstar salad (Townsfair, aka other names at other locations) is gone. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE bring it back. There are other also delicious options, and I get needing to refresh a menu occasionally, but it’s like I was dating the man of my dreams and we broke up and I’m dating his wonderful brother… great but not the same. And about the app, it works great no issues other than I’m not able to add tofu to the Greenville salad. (Almost) all my love to you!
