Great products…bad communication
I have shopped with Krush Kandy for a few years now and have been happy…Until lately. You can never get an email response for order related issues and they over sell items. I usually don’t hear from anyone for a week if they ever get back to me without a 2nd email. I waited over a month on a pair of jeans and finally gave up and received credit. The items I ordered with the credit still haven’t been shipped a month later and they are telling me they over sold them. I’m usually a very patient person but this is getting rediculous. I have never had this issue with any boutique and I do 90% of my shopping online. And I know I’m going to be told to email customer service to fix the issue but I don’t see the point in that…someone can email or call me. You have my info.
