Great products…bad communication
I have shopped with Krush Kandy for a few years now and have been happy…Until lately. You can never get an email response for order related issues and they over sell items. I usually don’t hear from anyone for a week if they ever get back to me without a 2nd email. I waited over a month on a pair of jeans and finally gave up and received credit. The items I ordered with the credit still haven’t been shipped a month later and they are telling me they over sold them. I’m usually a very patient person but this is getting rediculous. I have never had this issue with any boutique and I do 90% of my shopping online. And I know I’m going to be told to email customer service to fix the issue but I don’t see the point in that…someone can email or call me. You have my info.Show lessBoysrock2
Missing item
I reached out to customer service about a clothing item missing from my order and customer service just kept providing me with the tracking number. I emailed back explaining yes a package was delivered with one of my items, however it was missing the southwest shacket that I paid for. Lovely Boutique!
I’ve been a customer of KKB for about 2 years now. I absolutely love them. They are nice and generous people who truly care about their customers. Shipping is fast. If there are ever any issues or delays (which is very rare) Kristyn is open, honest, and apologetic. They love giving back to their customers and frequently run sales and cash back lives. Not good
I wouldn't shop at Krush Kandy anymore, too
many problems with them, they didn't take
back an item that didn't fit, the package
ended up being returned to me way later and
terrible communication with their customer
service, I ordered jewelry and never received
it after waiting almost two months for it, I left
messages and phone messages but no one
never returned a response, I even went on
their live to get their attention about the
matter, all she said was contact customer
service they will help you, until I finally told
them to cancel my order. And their excuse
was we moved and are trying to catch up on
orders lol, it had already been SIX MONTHS
since they moved to a new location when I
ordered my jewelry! Worse boutique I've ever
