    Tana and Kristyn are the best. Great quality for a great price. Keeping it real, they did struggle with a move to Utah and customer service suffered. They are back in Az and back to the great customer service, quick response, and super quick shipping! Bonus is free shipping over $20!! Love KKB!

  • Waiting

    I was a customer and the quality of the clothes are good as well as they have great pieces of clothing and shoes. How ever I agree stay away from the pre-orders. I placed an order on January 10 and I was sent tracking information yet here we are in March and I have not received the package. The tracking number is untraceable. When I reached out to customer service they said I could not receive a refund because the item was shipped. So I reached out to them once again. At this point I just want a refund. I will not be ordering from them again. They lost me as a customer very disappointed

  • Worst Customer Service

    I’ve been a customer with this boutique for almost 2 years. I have not once return any item or exchange anything. I only asked them to refund my original form of payment for something that was never delivered to me, because they were busy moving and couldn’t deliver my item until they are settle. They will not honor my refund but only willing to give me a credit, which I don’t care for! This is not my fault that they are back up 2-3 weeks. It would only make sense to refund and not credit. They should never sell anything to anyone until they are settle. Unless you want to wait over a month to get your items. It’s so inconvenient for me to go through PayPal to open a case to get my refund back. Clearly this boutique only cares about money and not there customers! Being said I will no longer shop at this boutique anymore.

    This is an amazing boutique from quality items to customer service to gorgeous pieces! Oh and shipping is always super fast! Gotta question? They’ll respond almost immediately! The clothing is beautiful and the jewelry is top quality and priced perfectly so you can afford to have quite a few pieces in your life. I’ve been with this boutique a long time and these people are the real deal! Thank you Krush Kandy for allowing me to have divine style and exquisite rings! Y’all rock!

  • Disappointed - updated

    I have been a customer for 2 years. Many many purchases made and things were good. Things have gone bad with this company. I guess it’s because of the Covid pandemic. They can’t keep staff, don’t respond to emails and take weeks and weeks to ship items. Stay away from pre orders unless you don’t mind waiting over a month for your items. I sent several emails following up which they made excuses and then ignored.
    Update: the boutique issued a refund. I still won’t shop here but am happy to report that they did the right thing.

  • Lost a Loyal Customer

    Had a sale of Christmas decor in the middle of November. Was told all items were in stock and ready to ship, so I ordered some gifts and items for an event, assuming I’d receive them in a week or so, like their normal practice. Almost 3 weeks later and was informed they had their shippers quit and were behind. No big deal, things happen. But I emailed to cancel this order since the event had come and gone and I no longer needed the items. It was too late.
    I emailed Wednesday to cancel and no response. Today is Monday and still no response. I reached out to their virtual assistant and was told they were not canceling items “at this time”. Now it’s shipped.... 🙄
    They do not care about their loyal paying customers, only their bottom line. They complain about lack of viewers on their lives or why items don’t sell and make us feel bad. They complain that they are working so hard but when a customer asks for something they don’t care. When issues in their company affect the customers, they make us feel like it’s our fault and won’t help us out.
    Have had multiple jewelry pieces break even though they are “top quality”. They claim to be plus friendly but have hardly any plus items.
    I’ve been a loyal customer since 2018 and I’m really sad it’s come to this.
    Don’t waste your time. There are better boutiques that care about their customers.

I assure you we care about our customers :) I didnt go live for 2 weeks to catch up on shipping the holiday decor because I cared more about the customers not bottom dollar. 2 weeks with no sales during the busiest holiday season is a big time to shut down. We had never done decor before and underestimated the shipping time. Instead of our normal 24 hours it did take 1-2 weeks to ship orders and we apologize that we werent better prepared to understanding the shipping of decor at that time.
  • Horrible customer service!

    If I could give 0 stars I would.
    I purchased a bracelet and when it arrived I struggled to get it to open, closed or just to line up right. I have several similar bracelets with the hinge and none of them do that. I was told to return it and they would look at it. They ended up saying it was totally fine and being very snarky in their responses about it. MY customer service experience with them was very disappointing. So much so that I’ve decided to take my $$ elsewhere. There are plenty of boutiques that offer free shipping and have excellent customer service. I say that because I shop with a few of them. Even though I was told by KK customer service that they don’t exist!
    Bottom line, KK customer service was very Nasty &Rude!!

They did bring me the bracelet and I opened and closed it fine. Some of the bracelets you line up to the side and slide it over to snap it which was the case with that bracelet.   • Needs more items loaded on APP

    I like Krush, but I just wish they would add most the items to the APP as well as the website it would be a much better shopping experience for everyone, and a lot of their clothing items are much higher than most other boutiques for the same items and brands. The lives on Facebook could go a little faster wish they was on the APP live as well cause it’s a much better experience than Facebook and much faster at claiming items, but overall I still like the boutique, but it’s not my favorite because of these reasons, I gave the four stars because of selection of items, fast shipping, name brands, and they have sweet attitudes.

    I can’t say enough good things! I love the pieces, the variety and the style. The quality is amazing and affordable. Not to mention the customer service! I will forever be a customer and hope one day to work with them as well! Once you get your first order you’ll be hooked!

    The Krush Kandy app is such an easy to use app. It is easy to find what I am looking for right away using the search bar. I love the notifications when something new is added to the app. It is easy to check out! I highly recommend this app!
