Return policy
The clothes are cute but beware of return policy. I got this shirt that was CLEARLY made wrong. Got it on a Thursday, emailed Sunday morning after finding it was made wrong Saturday night and they didn’t respond until Monday and I couldn’t exchange it or get a full refund because I didn’t return it in 3 business days. Who can return in 3 days and not pay an outrageous amount for fast delivery?! They recommend taking it to a seamstress.....not happy.....I don’t know if I’ll continue buying clothes from them. It was MADE wrong. They should have quality checked their clothes, let me exchange it for the exact same shirt or fully refunded me instead of partial.Show lessNdlb

I love the ease of using the app but I can’t figure out if or how to use the after pay option through the app. I can do it on the website though. That’s my only real problem, otherwise it’s clean, easy, and organized well.Unsweett2

The quality of the items can’t be beat. The rings are sturdy and beautiful, not flimsy at all. Highly recommend the quality of the products. My only issue is the way the sites and app is set up. I do love the wide variety of items you offer. There are 2 problems though, first you should be able to “refine” your search to what you are looking for and not just sizes. Second the description leave a lot to desire. There have been many things I have looked at but the description doesn’t say much so I pass. One last thing, it would be very helpful if there was at least a timeframe for the waitlist items. You are holding the money but we have no idea how long until it comes so sometimes that money is needed before the item comes in. Can I suggest getting on a “list” instead of paying for an items. You all have even said just because you are on the waitlist you don’t know for 100% if you are even getting those items in again. Just a thought.Show lessFlaMomma2

Absolutely 100% recommend the Krushes! I have been a long time follower since before the start of this boutique and it’s been a pleasure watching them grow and evolve into this wonderful community boutique atmosphere! They have a wide wide variety of items to choose from, from clothing shoes to high end but very fairly priced jewelry and they try to appear to all beautiful shapes and sizes!
