Community Choice CU is a great bank but would be better with some new features such as 2 day early direct deposit, save the change feature, widgets for your Home Screen and the app should be more colorful. Probably some other improvements are needed too.

Love banking here
I have been banking with Community Choice Credit before the name change from State Employees Credit Union. I have never had a problem, great service friendly faces and so easy to do my banking online. I will stay with them forever.
Don’t like update.
Takes a while to transfer money, charges take a while to be removed from account unlike the last version of the app causing overdrafts and fees. Happened to both my mom and I. Seems to be down a lot.

I’ve been with them for a while now and I enjoy there fantastic customer service and how they are always trying to make the app more user friendly.
Really hate the update.
I do not like how confusing and complicated it is to send money to another member of the credit union. It used to be a simple process and take seconds for the money to get to the other person, now it takes at least 30 minutes. None of my pending deposits show, and the pending transactions/available balance isn’t always 100% accurate. Really wish I hadn’t updated. Very disappointed. They said this update would be amazing and it fell short of decent.

Pending deposit
The app used to show my husbands pending deposits for his Friday pay on Wednesday night but now it doesn’t show in advance at all.
Community choice banking and more
I really love how there is so many more financially guiding accessories to utilize. My only con is that my bank account doesn’t update as quickly. Seems to take a day or two to process when I spend, making my account amount inaccurate.
Love to see the changes.
Looks like the things I have been asking for are now available. Love to see the new accounts list and the ability to add accounts at other providers.
